Seriously, this is my reaction when that line is trotted out about something exceedingly obvious caught on camera. The “investigation” is the two seconds it takes to watch the dumbass cop blow the stop sign. Case fucking closed. 

A high school friend’s grandfather was killed backing out of his driveway by a speeding cop (doing close to 90 in a residential area). The thing is that the wreck happened outside of the city limits. There was no need for the cop to be there. He claimed to be in pursuit of a car, but there was never anything logged in…

And people wonder why there is so much animus toward police in general. Between this, the cop that was recently busted for planting meth on over 100 people, and the mind boggling number of people shot for being pigmented; in another 20 years our national anthem is going to be Fuck tha Police.

Because cop.

Michiganders can rarely tell the difference.

Also according to Fox 2, the Michigan State Police have so far not commented on the incident, citing that it is under investigation.

A word of advice, no one else likes when you play devil's advocate.

If you lose your job, immediately start your own company, doing something you want to do. That could be attempting to consult in your field, selling your artwork, whatever. But set up the LLC, and try to do something with it.
