Not sure what that has to do with anything beyond teaching your child basic hygiene.

If you caught the recent episode of "Celebrity Wife Swap", you'd know that Mr. Thicke would, actually, be quite proud of his lil' dude.
THANK YOU!!! I wanted to post the exact same thing. Being "nice" your wife or to the women in your life ≠ not being misogynistic.
That's a good point. And another question - would she be willing to play one of the women in this video? I know at some point he said that she and her friends looooved the video, but I've yet to hear anything directly from her.
But I CAN'T be sexist, people! Not only was my mother a woman, I've been with my wife since she was a teen.
I have a question....he keeps mentioning his wife....would he be comfortable with his wife playing the role of one of these women in the video?
Just when I think I can't be any more repelled by this man ...
KAREN WALKER 4EVA
He wants a cookie.
Oh my God. That makes me miss Karen so much.
I hate that anyone would consider a pop music video to be a candidate for anything even remotely resembling art, nevermind up there as a "great" example of it.
Todd in the Shadows made an excellent review of it some time ago on Blip. I especially enjoyed putting this song back to back with a song from a POV of a rapist (Stone Temple Pilots, I believe) and pointing out that in some places, the lyrics are almost identical.
Will someone please, PLEASE tell Robin Thicke that being with your girlfriend/wife from a young age is NOT A DEFENSE AGAINST MISOGYNY. He brings that up every single time he's asked about this video, and I don't understand at all what point he thinks that makes. Misogyny is not sleeping with a bunch of women. …
Aw man. He should have called them "uplifting messages" instead.
"...it's actually a feminist movement within itself..."
Everything about him just screams fake to me. He seems like he's trying so hard to be SEXY SEXY, and it comes across as contrived and corny.
I just think its funny when pop musicians take their music wayyyyyy too seriously.
Although I do like her suggestion for therapists at cosmetic surgery clinics, Sharon Stone has had plenty done to her face over the years. A nosejob in her youth and Botox in her forehead, at the very least. I take everything she says with a pinch of salt. Kristin Scott Thomas is the one being honest about her…
I think it's a regional thing. Must be.
