Happy birthday to the late, complicated, frequently insufferable Princess Margaret.

Worth noting about this film: the author of the novel made it a condition of any deal that the main character not be whitewashed. As soon as she said that, every other production company but this one turned her down.

Oh my god, it was SO GOOD. Peter is dreamy, she’s adorable, their house was so cool and her wallpaper was AWESOME. Adding it to my roster of beloved teen movies. 

Welp, there goes my lady boner.

Ok, I don’t know how else to describe my feelings for this movie, other than, I’m in love with it. Head over heels in love with this damn teen rom-com as a 33 year old woman. Peter Kavinsky. Call me. You’re free to put your hand in my back pocket whenever you want. 

I am 41 years old and I watched it 3 times this weekend. 3 fucking times. I don’t even know what to say. It was just so sweet and funny and heartfelt and a joy to sit and watch. I wish that a Peter existed in my youth. Sadly it was a bunch of hormonal teenagers trying to sort through the crazy. I might watch it again.…

this is one of the first movies in a long time that i actually sat down to just watch instead of having on in the background. it’s a genuinely good movie!

It’s clear from the trailer part of this was filmed at Doune Castle, about 25 miles north of Glasgow. The same location was also used for Outlander (pictured), Monty Python and the Holy Grail and many other films.

Absolutely loved this movie, I couldn’t stop grinning the whole time! All the feels for this one - I know a lot of people get thrown off by the fact they’re in high school but as someone in their late 20's I definitely found it easy to relate to and heartfelt

I LOVED THIS MOVIE.

I sort of see the point that you’re trying to make, but saying that she should up her game is a little bananas, for we have literally never seen a gymnast that is as good as she is.

Chris Pine is definitely a contender for Best Chris. And that’s after watching Chris’ 1 & 2 this weekend in Infinity War.

Simone Biles is so incredible, every time she performs I just want to watch her routines over, and over, and over again, because I know I missed a hundred tiny amazing unbelievable things she did. She’s superwoman. It’s unbelievable. We’re so lucky we get to see her in her prime.
