I’ve never regretted anything more (over-exaggeration) than that I only have but one star to give this comment.

I love Aperol Spritzes IF they are made right. I ordered one in Fayetteville, Arkansas once (my mistake, I know) and it was complete and utter crap. However, they’re deliciously refreshing when it’s hot outside and you want more than prosecco, but less than a gin and tonic or vodka and [enter juice here]. They’re also…
I got carded at a bar just last week (I’m 30) and the server immediately knew I was of age because I joyfully said, “YES! Of course you can see my ID! This is so exciting!” while I handed it to her. If only I had known that was the trick back when I was 20/21 and getting ticked off when they demanded to see my ID.
Wouldn’t it just be a more lasting solution to address malnutrition and poverty than to refuse to support the original WHO resolution regarding breastfeeding? I get that there are many women out there who cannot breastfeed their babies for a variety of reasons, but this doesn’t mean we should remove any breastfeeding…
The Dame Jo sounds a lot like some of the random people who email me at my job. All of us somehow got on the email list of this crazy, right-wing, super religious guy who likes to incorporate Bible verses into his word vomit that he customizes based on the issue of the day. He has that handy knack of RANDOMLY…
This is phenomenal.
This just made my entire day. Thank you!
I’m currently wearing Jellypop flats at work. They’re cute and have memory foam in the sole. I also like Life Stride and Naturalizer for some basic work pumps. They’re comfy, not too high, and I can wear them for an entire day of walking around without too much discomfort.
Hahaha that’s brilliant!
Vegetables have begun appearing on his plate, though it’s not clear how much of them he is eating.
Do racism and sexism fall under your “other similar activities” list? What about homophobia and discrimination against those who are differently abled?
Oops. Just saw the new article about Gov. Abbot’s gun giveaway. Fucking absurd.
My dad won an assault rifle by buying 5 raffle tickets during an outdoor concert from the local Rotary. Note: he has a massive gun safe where he actually keeps his guns. It’s locked at all times. He also has a CHL and regularly practices at the gun range and takes gun safety/self-defense classes.
Dan Patrick is a fucking imbecile. The only reason he is not the most hated man in Texas politics is because that title belongs to Ted Cruz.
That is the dumbest excuse I’ve heard yet. “Too many doors”? It’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
This is so heartbreaking. I need to reread the Anne Frank Diary again. Thank you for sharing this info.
That was my goal, too! I double-majored in international politics and communications, studied abroad in Africa, and worked with refugees for a stint before I had a horrible bully of a boss and left. I now work at a chamber of commerce and am somewhat involved in the public policy division, but focus on local and state…
I LOVE Mamma Mia, despite (or because of) the cringe-worthy parts where Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth both try to sing.
Didn’t she address that during her beat? Saying something about how “someone hasn’t done their homework before hiring me?”
LOVE both of their tuxes. And I never thought I would like a silver jacket, but Krasinski pulls it off.
