I like sticky rice. I like hot sauce. I also like canned mushrooms. So I just mix it all together with some parmesan cheese grated on top. 

On nights when I’m really tired and really stressed, I buy a big bag of frozen French fries from the Safeway, heat them up in the oven, and eat them all.

Nice ! Sounds like a solid plan. We tried to watch the 1st HP the other night but the tiny human wasn’t in to it. I was bummed but hopefully in like 2-3 ish years she’ll love it.

Moving to Panama on Election Day!

Happy Halloween! Low key celebrations here. No trick or treating or group kids party like we normally do. Instead we had a very small family costume party at my parents. Good things have happened this week. I went to a virtual Halloween wedding(Hooray for love!), I finally made a good yeasted loaf of bread(Thanks, Paul Hollywood!), and I decided to start taking something for my depression(Here we go again, wheee).

Melatonin, Kirkland’s sleep aid, and making sure to read for a good long while before bed. 

Try a light therapy device. I have the Verilux Happy Light (can’t post a link to Amazon for some reason. Thanks, kinja). It’s made a big difference for me.
