Since October 1st I have had 9 nights with absolutely no sleep (3 days in a row once) and when I’ve managed to sleep it’s at like 6am and terrible quality sleep.

Benadryl. Without it I’m not only awake but my sinuses have a “who can be more stuffed up contest” all night.

Acceptance of my limits and permitting myself to set boundaries. My aunt who had Covid (I talked about her last week) is doing really well now. She’s had her customary negative tests and is slowly (slowly!) returning to work. She was so bored last week she said she would never retire.

I don’t agree that we are all taught to respect traditions of other cultures. I think there are plenty of people who have it drilled into their heads from early childhood to regard as suspicious any foreign culture they do not understand.

Also, Cohen has been pretty open about showing interviewees who don’t go along with his schtick.
