Hello doggie!

We had a birthday this week and my kids always request Fruit Pizza. It's a sugar cookie crust, cream mix of cream cheese, powdered sugar and almond extract, and whatever fruit we have.  It's the bomb digitty.

I’ve never had a ricotta cake of any sort before, but now it’s what I want with coffee tomorrow! What’s the base recipe? I’ve got an absurd amount of blueberries in the freezer & that seems like it would work just as well with them in place of raspberries.

I am sick of anti maskers too.  I lost a loved one to the virus and I am OVER people acting like this isn’t their problem.  FFS, have some decency.  Does your state not require masks?  In my state, employers are required to instruct employees to mask I believe.

That seems to be the theme in most places where masks are required: nothing happens if you don’t wear a mask. Anyone not wearing a mask at this point is doing it to make a statement about freedumbs or whatever, not because they were unaware masks should be worn.
