Exactly. For masks to work, everyone needs to be wearing them when you cannot physically distance from other people. Unfortunately, I’m guessing the people not wearing masks are less likely to be taking other precautions/taking the risks seriously thus more likely to catch it so should be wearing the masks.

Does not help at all when America is full of gun toting terrorist’s marching on city hall demanding that literally everything reopen! And the dumbasses who sit back and say “oh ok”.. like its nothing. But what ever... i dont live down there so open up boys... to many people around anyways.

To me it makes more sense to call it one continuous wave.

I, too, am in PA, and am a big ole NOPE with the new ‘guidelines.’ I also have a chronic lung condition, and, as much as I like Wolf, eff that ess right in the a.

Luckily, the only people at protests are being bussed in from out of state by George Soros. The only increases will be in the Soros owned towns and states.

actually, they are. I’m in the northeast, and the walmarts in the area has completely stopped social distancing. people are still wearing masks, but it’s still a petri dish in there. Have you seen the videos of the casinos in vegas? they’re even worse. no masks, just hand sanitizer. Maybe. If the virus isn’t the death

It would help if people didn’t seem to respond to reopening with “it’s over!  no more masks!  no more social distancing!  heck, let’s throwing massive, crowded parties!”

I’ve stopped following positive tests for just the reason you state and started following hospitalizations, ICU admissions, and deaths. They should not be nearly as dependent on more widespread testing. They are a much better measure of how dangerous it is because the biggest danger remains overloading the health

Not just that, but the police union president gave the old “they were just following orders” excuse.

It said, very loud and clear, fuck y’all we are cops.

I still can’t get over those officers resigning. What do they think it shows besides them standing up for the right of the police to assault anyone at any time?

I don’t know why I never considered getting cookbooks from my library. That’s something to look into. I don’t really cook from cookbooks all that often. I usually either do stuff I know how to do or use my laptop. I’d probably be more likely to use a cookbook if it was an e-book.

Ah. That’s a good idea for keeping the squirrels away. I suspect Chip & Dale as the culprits as see those little chipmunks running gleefully through my plants

Excellent idea ... I will definitely do this.

Thanks! I used the BA’s Best English Muffin recipe from Bon Appetit. The youtube video from their test kitchen was really helpful in checking consistency because it’s a very wet dough. Fair warning, there will be cornmeal every where. I’m still finding it.

Lol - cute phrase! And that’s a fantastic idea for a way to celebrate Canada Day, good for you. Many of us around here may be joining you for the next Canada Day if Trump gets re-elected!

Thank you! I looooooove olives. That’s a really good idea. There’s a restaurant in Boston that sells amazing olive bread. I should try to recreate it.

Those trees are magical.  @_@  I wish I had some nature nearby...

Holy cow those look incredible. I know not everyone likes olives, but I love a good olive loaf. Nommmm. I’m not productive as much at home in certain ways, but I definitely am most productive between 11-1 and 7-11. It’s terribly unhealthy but I also think trying to force myself to work 8 hours in the middle of the day
