Burgers. It’s a not-so-secret weakness. Back when I worked at Wendy’s, myself and a co-worker/friend used to have an “eat-off” on who could eat the largest (by number of patties), where we capped out at 9 (plus cheese, buns, condiments of your choosing), but I’ve also done the worst of the secret menu of Burger’s

I’d certainly eat one, but I also would not pay 13 dollars for one, there are no shortage of other places to eat in downtown disney where I can get more value for my money than this novelty. I’d probably cap out somewhere around 7.50 tbh. It’s a single, though extravagant, corndog after all.

For context, that is like, 30 minutes worth of revenue for Google. It sounds like a lot of money, but isn’t really compared to how much they pull in.

As a Canadian who is about to move to the US, I’m gonna have to remember to avoid the regular because who in their right mind sends out a fucking sandwich with 2 pickles and nothing else. Even the bare bones original hamburger has ketchup, mustard, and onions in addition to the pickles.

I like how I can see an article on Twitter and think “I bet Torch wrote that” and I’m never wrong.

Ask me in a few years when BG3 is considered “done”. I feel like that might be the one. The closest that comes to mind is a game I did the beta for, and bought, because it’s great and I wanted to support them, but also through testing, played through the game a few times and just don’t have a huge urge to do it again

This is my second marriage for better or worse. Workwise, it’s about the same in either direction, a bunch of paperwork and a bunch of hurry up and wait for your time in the queue till someone gets to you. I think uscis/nvc fucked us around more than Canadian immigration did a decade prior, but nothing major in either

On one hand, it feels like the idea of romance in MMOs has become a little bit more normalized than it used to be

Lillian’s got my vote, but it’s tough.

Woefully missing is healer tool QE Live as well, which can’t quite “sim” given how healing works, but still works for most healing specs to give estimates on what to aim for based on how the different healers work, especially if one has logs to input.

I think something can be good and worthwhile but not necessarily worth the money. Similar to going to a restaurant where you have a good meal on the more expensive side, but you leave feeling hungry still.

Really hoping the game length holds up to the price of it. I don’t regret only renting the original from Blockbuster once given I got my snaps of every pokemon and some decent scores all around. It was a solid game, and i’m sure this will be, but will wait for the reviews to see if I hold out for a sale.

My worst nemesis: Fixing your pizza dough when you’ve started to get a thin spot in a random area while you’re still stretching it out. I could probably google this, but, it’s a better question than “where can I get the pizza from the header”

Though that’s a good question too.

Given how other Kinja discussions go, similar to the last one I read regarding covid conspiracy theories in the death of a beloved WoW community member, I can’t wait for all the fucking right wing bullshit to end up in these comments to just further try and harass CB.

For my extremely local take, Dairy Cream here in Mississauga...but that’s not the USA.

IIRC it launched in the winter, which was great to pull up to the dungeon or whatever they called it with my car and find out they expected me to stand out in the snow to get a few blocks that could build ??? since nothing seemed to really be impactful in what it had at the time.

I’m sitting here in Canada where we’ll probably waste a fuckload of doses because people put a fucking former drug dealer and general scam lord in charge of the largest fucking province and like the US, made no plans to distribute shit in the fucking months we were waiting for vaccines to be ready.

The ice cream truck

I’ve been sinking so much time into the game of late when I’m not playing WoW...and yeah. I wish they’d allow turning off packs and expansions at the start of a new “world”. I kinda like getting new packs for some things it adds, but sometimes don’t care for the main thing (dealing with the effects of holidays in

I have two.
1) I started chefs plate and forcing myself to do more cooking has improved my prep skills by leaps and bounds, to the point that instead of spending 50% extra time on most recipes, I’m coming close to advertised. I’d probably be more on time if my stove wasn’t the cheapest of cheap apartment fare.

In my case, the sales side lured me in where they were supporters of the local car club I was active in at the time, both as members and sponsors and were willing to cut most of the bullshit with fellow members that purchased through them.

I was going to a more local place and they kept fucking me around and one thing
