This is a good point. Where I used to work, non-exempt people were paid minimum 4 hours if they were called in during their on-call schedule, even if they were in for only an hour. Your proposal extends that to even if they’re not called in, which makes sense.

This is good. We should also make it so that full-time benefits for hourly workers are based on their available/on-call schedule, not just their hours on the clock.
