As others have pointed out, these guys would be out of money in no time flat if they were trying to do this professionally. I’m pretty sure Ed makes about $0.10 and hour for his labor.
That said, it’s my favorite show other than Top Gear. Ed is a wealth of information on practical “driver grade” restoration. It’s all

I don’t think it needs more power myself; but there are enough people that do that it makes sense to slap a turbo on it, give it a sport badge, and sell more cars.

Thanks for the info guys.
I was hoping this technology had improved since last I tried it.
I was thinking of getting a setup for Forza 6.

Do those things actually have a realistic clutch?

Seriously? You debated between a Prius and a Camry?!
How do you decide between two of the most boring cars in America? I spreadsheet I assume.

That is the single best collection I’ve ever seen. Even in video games you cant put something this good together!

Great info on the Pentastar - thanks DrBoom.
I’ve been very pleased with everything. The power, the sound, the overall smoothness of the engine, and the fuel economy isn’t bad, especially considering how non-aerodynamic the Jeep is. I’m hoping it has the reliability to match; I’d like to get 15 years or more out of

I agree man; its exactly the way it should be.
And for those who feel the need for more power, aftermarket turbos and superchargers are common.

I think he was putting other drive’s property and perhaps even their lives in danger by driving erratically. I think that’s what pisses people off the most.

I think it depends on the track. I had an instructor and I listened and learned from him and took the track as quickly as I could do it the right way, but not any faster. I’m not sure what would have happened if I claimed to “know it all”; but I highly suspect I would have been kicked out if I drove like this guy did.

I see what you’re saying Dan, I’ve got little track experience myself.
One thing I do know, is that you don’t try to push your car to the limits until you know what your doing; and you never get this aggressive at a track day.
I found this in the YouTube comments which gives a more accurate break down of specific

Very true.

Seriously?! I stand corrected, that’s kinda sad. I did a search for women working on cars on istock and received respectable results.

You are seriously over thinking this. This is soft porn, nothing more or less. As we all know porn is what the internet was invented for.

Quite the photographer too; very cool, thanks.

Fantastic collection Paul; please post a picture! Very much along the lines of my tastes as well. I was looking to build a similar collection to yours, then this price insanity hit and I ended up selling instead.

Personally I think they will go down in price when the rest of the car market crashes; and that’s the time

Agree; when it comes to American cars its nostalgia driving the market; the fact that their financial planners give them the thumbs-up because of increasing values doesn’t hurt either.
Personally; I predict that they will fall back to pre-2012 prices.
My generation (early 40s) may continue to buy the car’s of our youth

I’m saving my $$$ and watching this closely; I’m looking forward to the bubble bursting!
The Mercedes 190SL, NSX, and yes, the Ferrari 308 are on my shopping list once the crash happens ; )

I did this exact same maneuver in a Jeep, except it was a deer jumping out on the right, then another in the left lane right into my path. I was doing about 70mph in a 65 zone; and this was after 7hr strait of driving.
My point being that even without speeding, even without a high performance car, being alert and

I agree; it needs more of a career mode; better, longer races, more race diversity. I think the GT series did a pretty good job with this, Forza not so much. Then again, Forza does have Rivals which I thoroughly enjoy.
