I understand they cant show the whole thing; but they could have at least given us an hour or 2 at the start; some prime-time coverage in the middle and an hour or 2 at the end.
Ridiculously bad coverage from Fox 1; I’d cancel the channel on general principal if I could.

New car prices have far exceeded the inflation rate, but your right, the lack of wage increases combined with significant cost of living increases have hurt even more.

I’m actually on the market for a V8 swapped Wrangler, but their is too much weirdness going on here; lots of silly mods. Not enough info on engine, rear axle, and transmission. That’s really where the money’s at. (or at least where it should be).
Plus - I’d likely pass just based on the shitty quality of the pictures;…

Even with the extra power I just don’t like how heavy many of these modern cars are. It changes the feeling you get while driving and not for the better IMO.

Take the total number of car true enthusiasts:

- Minus those who can only have one car and need something that can do it all.
- Minus those who love MORE POWRRR!!
- Minus those who can afford to spend over 30K on a car.
- Minus those who never buy new.

They are selling quite a few of these between the two companies; and sure sales are going to drop as it ages. It’s a cool little niche car; but “sports car enthusiasts who buy cars new” just isn’t that big of a niche.

I know what you mean about “big numbers”.
I’m not one of them though and I still cant see putting out that much money for this car compared to what I could get on the used car market.
