One thing I am very enthusiastic about is deviled eggs at happy hour. I like that they seem to be the latest wave in the hipster bar “comfort food made fancy” trend. Nothing takes the edge off a long day like a craft cocktail + a deviled egg topped with maple bacon bits or caviar (for $1.50, no less!).

Really enjoyed imagining all the Philadelphians I know twitching every time you spelled it “Redding” :D
