I disagreed that this particular merger was an anti-trust issue, but I’m glad the FTC made the merger hard.

These big corporations should HAVE to fight for all of these deals. 

So my first stumble was like, “Wait... Microsoft? Call of Duty is owned by... oh right, they bought Activision.”

You should probably heed your own advice. Do some actual research and you’d know what happens when big companies merge.

The trial was a disaster, but I think it’s absolutely hilarious that any gamer still thinks Microsoft buying a studio is actually a good thing.

Of the games you listed, Dragon Age Origins is the closest to what you can expect from a proper CRPG.  I’m not saying BG3 will play like that, only that DAO brought the kind of tactics you would normally see in games like Baldur’s Gate.

I have a question for those who’ve played the game in early access recently: how is the combat? More specifically, is everything on fire, all the time?

Also - Couch Co-op.  This game is finally gonna sell me a PS5, because the only way I play this monster is with my wife playing the other side of the splitscreen.

Remember kids. Piracy is WRONG. You should always respect the decisions of a megacorporation. They’re better than you and they’re a better judge of what’s right and wrong. If the corp decides that a movie should never be seen again, you should bow to their supreme wisdom.

I mean they arent firing the developers because they are blaming them, they are doing so because the company will no longer develop games. Firing the executive alsp wouldn't change this
