What the heck does “giving 1995" mean?  It was used twice, so it can’t be a typo, right?

Giving 1995 what? Kudos? Hepatitis?

I think people are reading waaaay too far into that line.

It really doesn’t seem to me to be anything more than an extrapolation of the mind games Sephiroth was playing on Cloud throughout the first half of the original game.

Basically the trailer is trying to tease that Sephiroth killed Tifa five years ago in Nibelheim and Tifa in the party is as actually Jenova (aka the “she”).

So, Ms. Bindolaf and I would be able to play on one console and one purchased game? Is that right? We might consider it then.

This is why I won’t be playing anytime soon. I’m buying and playing the game to get the cool looking armor. I’m not paying a 70-dollar fee to then buy a 20-dollar skin, thanks.

I’ll check this out down the road when the game is on sale for Black Friday at 20 or 30 bucks. I fucking hate battle/season passes and cosmetic

Did you play Diablo 3 on launch?  The droprate was very obviously impacted by the presence of the real money AH, and that affected the flow of the entire game.  Ignoring the AH in no way solved the problems caused by the RMAH.

Perfect grapes aren’t dark and gritty enough. We need perfectly miserable grapes!

I’ve been playing Final Fantasy games since the first one, and will probably eventually try this one.  With that said, I’d be lying if I said I was particularly enthusiastic about it based on the pre-release coverage.

I don’t really care for the changes to Kiss the Girls as it seems like typical misunderstanding of both consent and feminism from a corporation who is only interested in these things from a money perspective. If anything the problem with the original movie is that Prince Eric is the one who kinda can’t consent.

I’m confused, is there anyone who thinks the point of these protests is to make Gamestop better?

And you guys will report literally every fart that escapes his butthole

LOL wtf is your problem. I see it clearly says “For those who have already moved, we will talk to you individually about your situation, including the possibility of moving you back.”, but what a company considers fair is often not fair to the employee.

Kind of feels odd to be snarky about a morality system that not only did not make it into the final game, but isn’t much different from any number of other morality systems in gaming.

I don’t like games with a morality “bar”. The whole point is to make choices based on the circumstance. When the game rewards you for picking a choice it removes the whole choice.

Ideally what they should have done was keep updating OW as the PVP game, and then release a separate game called OW: EPIC SUBTITLE that was the PVE and cool story and lore one.

Don’t ever, ever, ever expect games with multiplayer element to not be broken at launch.

You might be right, but god, I hope not. The lower center of gravity with tauter suspensions is what makes sedans and coupes more fun to drive (and less motion sickness-inducing).

So when is this coming out for VR?
