Also the CPS officer in this case has been under investigation for being both overzealous and sloppy. In one case, she had a newborn pulled and the parents charged with abuse based on injuries that had actually occurred during birth and had been documented. She didn’t review the medical records at any time. 

No. That’s an odd guess, not least because a vegan diet for a newborn would be...breastmilk. There are dairy and egg free formulas, which are pricy but fairly common since those are the two most common allergies or sensitivities in infants.

It wasn’t a press statement. It was a court affidavit. Possibly attesting to the basis for arrest and/or charging. Hence the awkward phrasing.

Nope. My mom flew in and out from abroad recently and it was the airline who checked things like vaccination cards and test results.

I actually got a mini freezer for just this reason and later for storing pumped breastmilk. That freezer is now making its way around my community for the same purpose.

Yeah. I never found a good way to answer that until I had two living children, who are my oldest and youngest, rather than my 4th and 5th.

Someone tried to rub my “pregnant” belly when I wasn’t pregnant. Just wearing a loose fitting top while trying to buy some vegetables. I felt completely comfortable announcing to everyone in earshot that I wasn’t pregnant. 

Yeah. At best, these are three point booster, which is great for older kids but they will have already bought at least one combination seat, if not two others. Still, it makes it easier to give kids a ride who don’t ride in it often enough to have something installed. 

I’d be willing to bet there’s video but you’ll only see it if you’ve got friends at the party. At least until the statute of limitations expires.

At some point, the Karens (who still appear to be anonymous) released a statement through an attorney that claimed the women were “engaging in intercourse”. Somehow, they were the only ones who saw this open air fucking. Funny how that happens.

I have a vague recollection of her playing the “cool chick” in interviews. I.e. a woman who is proud of not having female friends because women “are too much drama” and crap like that. For most of my life, I’ve often had more male friends than female (and my husband was often the inverse) so I get that happening. But…
