Both the Borg and Ferengi somehow made their way into Enterprise. Shockingly, the Ferengi episode of ENT was one of the better Ferengi episodes in all of Trek.

You have to watch with the sound one. One of the white guys was British, one had a southern accent, and the last was Scott Bakula.

I can wait… just please be good.

It's the #1 network in America, according to the ads they play during every commercial break during every NFL game.

I approve of this change. I'm from the Boston area, and I regularly watch the Fox 25 morning news. I started watching them because they were the only station that didn't switch over to a national broadcast like the Today show after a certain time, and now it's just what I'm used to. But I like all the anchors and I

Hearing that music just gets me every time. Star Wars scores will always be my favorites.

Toss up between Ghost Rider and GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Though, I did see Ghost Rider twice, so I guess that gives the edge to GI Joe.

I was hoping Colleen would at least have grabbed his sword.

I'm glad Colleen was able to escape from the Hand on her own. As soon as she was picked up by Bakuto's men outside the hospital, I was waiting for her to fight them all and escape. I guess she had to be captured to be shown the true face of the Hand (though I wonder if those who haven't seen Daredevil would have

"Bakuto brushes away that concern during his fairly aggressive sales pitch, which is our first sign that he’s not quite what he seems"

So I guess I was wrong about Colleen not having a connection to K'un Lun or the Hand or something, and that Bakuto was Danny's friend from the monastery. Oh well. New theory is that tin-foil ninja star dude is the friend, sent to bring Iron Fist back to K'un Lun where he belongs.

I don't think that Colleen knows any more than she's letting on (though it was weird for her to just causally talk about Danny as Iron Fist to her friend there). It just wouldn't mesh with what we've seen for her to be somehow connected to K'un Lun. I do believe her friend (who "just got back recently") is going to

I took it more along the lines of, he feels he owes her something for helping him in the early episodes of the season and saw a way to get around her refusal. After all, this isn't the first time he's mentioned paying her rent money.

I approve of this change. Not that my approval means anything.

I did notice a weird bug… I was reading an old TV Club review of Agents of SHIELD this morning (because I'm that far behind in my TV watching), and the button at the top said there were 925 comments, but the actual comment section at the bottom was totally empty. I realize it's not a big deal, and comments on a

Fair enough. I totally understand Tauriel's charms, it was what she saw in Kili that I didn't understand. But maybe that's just my hetero male perspective showing.

It's been a while since I've read the books, but I do remember that Aragorn in the books was not the reluctant hero/king he was in the movies. And if I recall correctly, his romance with Arwen wasn't nearly as prominent in the books. But I think Jackson's LOTR films did a much better job with that romance than the

I never knew all that about Tolkien going back and rewriting parts of The Hobbit. As far as the movies go, it's interesting that there's a reason why the studio bloat occurred (the upfront costs being higher than normal) other than just straight up "we can make people pay for this 3 times mwahahaha!" But the Hobbit

Just want to echo the "I'll miss this column" comments. Admittedly, I didn't read every entry—I really only checked them when the scene was from a movie I recognized. But every article that I did here was great. Perhaps I'll start reading through the backlogs.

I look forward to catching up when the show is streaming on Amazon.
