Cheif Keef needs to get to his nearest holodeck and run program 47 beta. It's a holonovel called "Photons to Freedom." I hear it's quite illuminating.

Nearing the end of the last season. I wouldn't say they regress so much as stagnate (Chakotay, Neelix, Tuvok in particular). I like that Paris is allowed to grow up and his relationship with Torres is pretty well done for the most part. I like Seven but I think she becomes the focus too much and her Borg tech

If i remember right Kim doesn't actually get to do much as Beowulf. He's off in Mortal Peril Land for 90% of the run time. The episode is more about the Doctor being Beowulf.

Year of Hell is good but as I've been going through the series myself I find that I'm enjoying it more than I expected, given its reputation. Sure there are a few clunky episodes and some inconsistencies with character development but overall I don't think Voyager is as bad as people say.

"oh just generally weird-lookin'" (said in a North Dakota accent)

Maybe that's because cucumbers are about as close to tasteless as you can get, unless you leave them sitting in vinegar for awhile.

I want to applaud the guy on the left, who kept saying "this is awful" and then downing the remainder of the glass. What a trooper!

Hah, the scene with the mashers in particular. "Why are these even here? This episode was poorly written!"

I worked at a watch store for a summer in college (not a bad job, as far as retail goes), but I've never understood why anyone would want to wear a watch that's bigger than their fist.

There's no way this is actually posted on Wookieepedia.

That Johnny Cash cover of Rusty Cage is amazing, by the way.

Axl was (and I guess technically still is) the lead singer for GnR. Slash was the lead guitarist. He's also been in the media pretty consistently since the '80s, mostly for how much an a-hole he is. So, the short answer is, yes. But, hey, everyone's got their own thing. You probably know a lot about some other

Now I want pie. My wife makes an absolutely delicious cranberry-apple pie. Makes the crust herself from scratch too.

Well, I think parents can still have some control over what their kids see. I'm not going to show my son the Star Wars prequels before I show him the original trilogy. And as I said before, I'm not gonna take him to see this new Jungle Book, even though he loves the old one already. Who knows what'll happen in the

While I do agree with you, it's also true that all those old animated are still easily accessible to kids and most of them still hold up pretty well. So these "re-imaginings" aren't strictly replacing the old versions (yet). I mean, the fact that Russle Crowe's Robin Hood movie was made doesn't negate the existance

I think the only really scary part of the old one is when Shere Khan is fighting Baloo—the POV has the tiger swiping at the screen with his claws out and lightning flashing in the background. Apart from that one shot, the rest of the movie is pretty gentle. For all the worry from Baghera about what the monkeys will

I get what you're saying, Colonel. My 3-year-old loves the animated version, but there's no way I'm gonna take him to see this one, even if they did keep the songs intact.

You're right, it makes sense that songs wouldn't fit the tone they're going for here. Shame, 'cause "Bare Necessities," "I Wanna Be Like You," and "We're Your Friends" are all great. Even Kaa's song isn't bad, and it's kind of amusing to realize that Kaa has Winnie the Pooh's voice.

So, is this going to have all the songs from old animated version? 'Cause that movie had some pretty awesome music.

Call me crazy, but I liked the medical mystery aspect, as opposed to the "what makes House so cranky all the time" parts. I almost wish they had let that go after "Three Stories" (which is a fantastic episode), and kept up with the interesting patients who weren't just there to illuminate something about House's
