Oh, by "resolution", I thought you meant when we find out who shot him, which never made any sense. I love the opening of season 2 as much as you do.

I just Googled him. What a cutie! I also hope he doesn't lose the weight.

The quality of the show goes up and down, but the characters make it worth going through the less inspired stretches. Season 1 is a mixed bag as the show finds itself. Season 2 is pretty consistently good to great. Season 3 stumbles a few times but is still very good. Season 4 is tonally off and has the worst batting

I'm trying to figure out what you mean by "greatest resolution to a season ending cliffhanger ever filmed". Surely you don't mean the resolution to Cooper being shot?

When Emmy voters start giving a show (or a person) awards, they tend to continue doing so for years, deserved or not.

SHAME ON YOU, Les Chappell. Removing Twin Peaks' second season means losing one of the best things David Lynch has ever done, the episode where the killer is revealed.

That's a good indicator that his ego has gotten the better of him, and it results in his weakest special.

The original Farts and Procreation is where I first encountered her, and I thought she was the one weak link in that episode. But I've loved her in everything else ever since.

I disagree about "I Roommate", which is a hilarious classic for me. I gave both of those episodes a straight A. And I'm stingy with A grades. Only these two and "When Aliens Attack" got one for this season, and only one episode in season 2 ("The Problem with Popplers") got one.

Yeah, that scene is where his performance started to impress me.

True, that's quite possible.

Where did that Oceanic plane mobile come from? How does it make sense that the Others would have it?

Abraham’s determination to get Eugene to D.C. borders on monomania is hilarious self-parody/drinking game.

I liked this episode, but I'm shocked that it and another recent one got a wholly undeserved A.

There are anagram programs on the internet.

I want the bad hat Harry wears in Jaws.

I KNOW! Almost every single interviewee has been confused by the "pop culture best friend" question. And I don't blame them - it's not a concept I ever heard of before this feature.
