Good points.

Yeah, I know. But usually I can figure out why, whereas here I wasn't sure. He gets a lot more likable later on…

Thanks! I don't have this stuff up on a website. I'm actually in the midst of compiling it all as I rewatch the show. I'm only a few episodes ahead of the AV Club.

2.3 ORIENTATION A-

In my case, it wasn't doubt - it simply never occurred to me that it could be him. Now that I know, I can't believe I never thought of it.

If that's contrarian, I don't want to be… whatever the opposite of contrarian is.

I was NOT being sarcastic. I even googled it, and found no other instances of the phrase!

Upvoted for the phrase "fishbiscuits arc", which has never before been uttered by anyone in the history of the universe.

As I opined elsewhere, the reason for the hate wasn't the characters themselves, but the very awkward way they were introduced that made many viewers feel like, "Who are these interlopers?"

I liked them together better than Jack and Kate, who I feel never really made a strong connection. But then I loved Juliet with Sawyer too.

Yeah, that finale is pretty mind-blowing.

Well then I look forward to experiencing them again.

I'm curious to see if I agree. This is my first re-watch since the show originally aired, and I'm more or less following along with these reviews.

Though I really like Exposé, the way they were introduced was awkward.

It's important you know that even fans of the show agree that the beginning of season 3 sucks ass. You kind of have to power through that section and it gets very good again.

Come to think of it, mystery 34 is just a continuation of the "Does Walt have special powers?" mystery and not something new.

2.1 MAN OF SCIENCE, MAN OF FAITH A-

The words "as with Under The Dome" are not encouraging.

I've seen it. I think The Killing, A Clockwork Orange, Dr. Strangelove, Lolita, and maybe Full Metal Jacket are very good. Not a fan of The Shining or Eyes Wide Shut. Haven't seen the rest.

I couldn't enjoy him in that because it was so obvious his role was a copy of Fred Willard's in Best In Show.
