Ok I just checked and you're right - it just isn't mentioned. My original point, though, was that we change things in the constitution pretty frequently, and this is the kind of change that would literally save lives.

Remember how the Constitution said that only landowning white men could vote? Good thing we never changed that.

What I don't get is all the parents on these mommy blogs who say things like, "Well my eight year old asked me whether Santa was real and I said, if you don't believe, you don't receive."

Also, why in heaven's name would someone want a USB that you never remove? Isn't the point of USB drives that they're portable?

Genuinely naive and bewildered: what's a lawn jockey, and why is it racist? I'm imagining little wooden horse-racing people that are on people's front lawns sometimes, and I'm from Virginia so I wouldn't be shocked to discover that this had a racist background, but.... what??

True story: I recently bought some boots (I guess they're studio boots? What are studio boots?) at DSW... I'm taking an art class, and somehow I got red paint all over my boots, which I haven't spent much effort cleaning off because I kind of think it's an awesome look.
