I make shrimp ceviche to feed crowds. I buy precooked shrimp, cut it up and throw in chopped onion, avocado, cilantro, other veggies (have done various peppers, tomatoes), and douse it all in lime juice, salt, pepper, and a few splashes of your favorite hot sauce. serve on tostadas or...well anything! Let sit in the

Salmon, drizzle with lemon, add pepper and salt (and paprika and chili oil if you're feeling wild), wrap whole lot in tinfoil then bung in the oven for 25 mins at 200c. Boil some veg on the side and Bob's your father's male sibling.

So detailed , I learned something tonight, thanks!

I am not the cook in the family but lately have been doing all the cooking. This is the easiest most delicious thing I make on a regular basis.

how about a shrimp pasta? i make a linguine with shrimp, lightly sauteed in olive oil and garlic, with cherry tomatoes and parmesan. top with fresh basil. a nice light summer pasta.

Fish tacos! Easy and tasty! Get tortillas and heat however you like (steam or toast in hot pan), tilapia is usually used in fish tacos and it's inexpensive. Throw that in a pan with Mexican spices (cumin, garlic, olive oil, a little chili powder) and olive oil and bake on 425 until flesh is white and firm (10-15 min).

Can you make risotto? Just a plain risotto with vegetable broth and a little lemon juice is a great base to add in some seafood at the end (with about 2 -3 minutes left to cook). Any seafood you have works well, or a combo of seafood.

I make this salmon all the time and it is delicious. I serve it with rice, zucchini, and put some goat cheese in the with rice to make it creamy. So good. What about a big salad with some seared tuna? Or some pasta and shrimp thrown in?

Do they eat shrimp? Shrimp creole is ridiculously easy to make and easy to serve over rice. Add a salad and a loaf of French bread, there ya go.

hey! this is the absolute easiest recipe I've ever made. I'm shit at cooking, and it's really really good. Anything in one pot is easier. I'd go for that. Good luck!

Tilapia is a nice fish that's not terribly expensive, I'm partial to simple recipes like this one. Goes well with roasted veggies. You can roast just about any vegetable, which just means cutting them into 1 inch pieces, tossing them in olive oil with whatever herbs, spreading them on a pan and forgetting about them

I'm a shit cook but I've heard catfish is super easy to make and delicious. I've made fish a couple of times and it's not so bad if you bake it - just drizzle it with olive oil, rub some spices on it and throw it in the oven.

Pasta! You can't go wrong with pasta! Follow instructions in package for boiling, add sauce from jar that you heated up, there you go.

Salmon with a drizzle of soy sauce, oven for about 15 minutes, easy peasy and delicious.

Salmon is the EASIEST to make. Look up a nice simple lemon and pepper salmon recipe. Best of luck!

Everything you've listed misses the key point - it's all about men and control. It's not about being in control nearly as much as it's all about striving for it.

I'm not really going to address the first point, because that context was never indicated at any point in this thread or the article it's referencing.
