We have one here at work. It's great if you want coffee but if you make tea or just get hot water, it comes out vaguely coffee flavored because the hole where the beverage comes out ends up collecting some of what ever its spitting out.

Uhg, I hope no one brings these into my office. Soup flavored coffee? Bleh.

It was a claddagh heart with a banner that said "SHMILY" (which was code for "see how much I love you.") It could have been nice but he designed it himself so it ended up being kind of ugly.

Not so much white but more associated with a place that also does spa treatments and is maybe associated with a national brand (e.g. Elizabeth Arden). But like I said, that's still really no guarantee :-/

My only suggestion would be to go through a reputable spa but I don't even know if that would help.
