I was in college and I heard some shit going on down the hall. I open the door and there are half a dozen dudes huddled in the dark around one guy with a controller playing RE, all losing their minds.

Resident Evil. OG version. My uncle rented it the week it came out. Played it for an hour and I was hooked.

Tell her. More importantly tell her it’s a game in which human beings are literally half-demons and angels tried to exterminate all life.

This is completely fascinating to me. Could you imagine if this survived 1000 years from now and archeologists in the future had to piece together wtf this is?

My very Catholic teacher from High School has this image as her banner on Facebook. I don’t have the heart to tell her it’s from a video game, and not actually religious art.

The best is when a chinese developer tries to play it off “No we totally didnt steal that! We made it up! I dont care if you have proof of me saying I stole it! I totally made it up!”

He’s not suing them? He’s not a legit video gamer if he doesn’t press charges!

So is this game the type of games that you really shouldn’t play because it’s really bad? Or is it so extraordinary bad that you have to play it, like Superman 64?

The games are so long, HS can’t be a quick game in the current meta. You gotta have a half hour to play one game now, where in other metas you could knock out 2 or 3 games in that time.

Just a sign of poor balancing, if the game was fully balanced the old decks would be viable against new decks. But in a CCG that is incredibly difficult. They need to either let players earn the cards for free somehow or make separate matchmaking for players who don’t have certain expansions.

on top of being able to play with fresh strategies

This expansions been a flop - power creep is rampant and old problems are still the main problem, even exasperated (here’s looking at you jade - geist is only a speed bump, like hitting a pirate with a crab. To edit - priest is admittedly looking more frustrating than even jade at the moment). My friends list attests

Presumably working as intended in Blizzard’s mind.

Its that reason I gave up on Hearthstone and moved over to Gwent the P2W elements of Hearthstone are too imposing and the Arena just doesn’t do it for me anymore.

That works great if you are always in the same spot when you have to log into something. What about at work, at a friends, on your phone, etc. I live and die by Lastpass with a strong master password.

Special characters and length together are definitely the best option. However, I wouldn’t be surprised to find that the average user has trouble remembering a password comprised of both of those things. Too many will fall back on the old 1337 speak conventions.

My favorites are the ones that limit the size of the password. No kidding. There will be a maximum length on the password. You want to talk about easy to define decryption rules for?

Not to mention that every website/app in existence should stop telling users, “your password needs to be at least x amount of characters with at least one capital letter and number, etc.”

Yeah, I’m going to second MightyPez and say that I often use LastPass on my phone for the passwords on other devices. It used to be a premium-only option, but they changed that so now anyone can use the app (I still pay for premium, because I really like the company’s service). One nice thing about the app is that it

I just login at lastpass.com and copy and paste the passwords. It’s a bit clunky but works in a pinch.
