Used to take 3 shots (80 x 3) to kill a 200HP Phara but now it’ll be 4 shots. This is a huge Phara buff that was unneeded. Phara is a tricky hero balance wise whereas she’s less good in the higher ranks but can own at low ranks. The amount of effort to counter her is too high for the impact she has.

Hanzo is much better on the attack than on the defense. So is Widow on the few maps that allow it. The attacking team starts with spawn advantage so getting a few early picks can upset the early game. Hanzo also pairs well with a Zarya on attack. What Hanzo is terrible at is spamming a choke point like defense implies.
