My issue is not diversity. My issue is that instead of hiring quality people, they want to hire based on if you are female or a minority of some sort instead. When a company hires based on skin color or genetics instead of talent, they are setting a very bad precedent.

I remember when Overwatch first launched a vocal minority were completely against Deathmatch because it would ruin the “teamwork” aspect.
