I had a college roommate in ‘93 who, with his long-distance girlfriend, worked around Prodigy’s “pay per email” scheme. They just shared a username & password, log into email, write a message, and save it as a draft. Pretty crafty way to save a dime, I guess.

Once looked at my bosses phone , had something like 800 emails unopened. She got probably 1 every couple mins.

Amazon has their own payments system which is a competitor to PayPal. “Competitor” would be more accurate, PayPal is far more widely used.

It’s actually kind of nice. You have a central spot that you can keep coming back to. You have the ability to ‘teleport’ from any space station back to your base. I also keeps a log of the places teleported from so you can easily get back and continue your journey.

Played before the update, wouldn’t say it was worth 60 bucks. Maybe a solid 20 bucks, maybe even the 25. Combat is horrible, but, exploring is fun if you like that. Just note that is the real meat of the game, exploration, I doubt base building is going to be very worth it.
