This is a really good post that’s not going to get enough attention. LeBron’s string of 1+1 deals are basically a public statement saying “Hey, I’ve worked for this dick before, and you can’t trust him to do the right thing unless there’s an axe constantly hovering over his head.”
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a picture of Dan Gilbert before, it looks like Paul Williams and Gordon Gekko had a baby and then dressed it like a 50s Borscht Belt comedian.
I seriously have to wonder what dirt Gene Smith has on the board of trustees that he is not only still at Ohio State but actually just got a promotion. This is the exact same shit he pulled with the Tressel firing in which he wasted two seasons (the horrible Fickell season and the following undefeated Meyer season…
Think of how fucking low you have to be to let the NCAA gain the moral high ground on you.

Unlike the Bucs, this burn is MRSA-less.
Shawn Kemp, probably.

“The last hitter who hit .400 is dead and gone. There isn’t going to be another of those.”
I offer this with sincere compassion, and as an olive branch. Also, I once again urge you to breathe deeply in silence for a couple moments.
I still can’t get past the mount of hype, intense scrutiny and breathless coverage that LeBron lived through as a teen, and he came out at the end of it, seemingly as a balanced and decent human being.
I thought he was evens at least for addiction or personal problems derailing his career.
I just love this guy and what…
