This. When it starts to feel like it's the brink of summer, I constantly crank the Beach Boys for approximately 4 weeks before putting them away til next year. No particular album or tracks, just scrolling through my favourites, which there are many, and remembering discovering them in my late youth. Summer

I can only assume Susie punched him in the eye when she found out Jeff changed his power of attorney to Larry. Otherwise I have no clue.

I've always been flabbergasted by extremely wealthy people being arrested for DUI. If I was super rich, I wouldn't even drive sober. Why take any risk when you have enough money and friends to get home safely, get your car the next day, etc?! It's insane. Possibly by definition.

As a mid-40's dad this is catnip to me. Aerosmith was my first musical love when I was maybe 14. I don’t listen to them at all anymore, but there was a 10-year period where I basically told everyone how amazing they are even though no one asked.

Came here to say this. Several spoiler article headlines within hours of the episode. Spoiled it for me before I had a chance to see it on Monday night...AV Club, you suck

It was spoiled by this site for me earlier today. Spoiler me in the article, shame on me. Spoiler me with the headline, shame on you.

The reviewer called this ‘new’ character the best of the night! It was one of the least funny parts of the show. This review is the least thorough of the season and is worse than half-assed. WTF is going on with this site?!

I think we would probably have to ban most male-centric classic rock at this point, if we are holding yesterday’s stars to today’s standards. Not to compare sexual abuse/assault to tobacco, I’m pretty sure kids could purchase cigarettes quite easily back then. I’m pretty sure drunk driving was widely overlooked back

Get a room!

They don't force you to watch or comment. Admit it, you're obsessed

What a perfect response; you make excellent points. I actually thought the movie was gorgeous and had some cool moments. I hate to say it, but it might have been considered great if it was just “Pixar in Space” rather than the movie Andy saw in the theater, assuming the proper adjustments were made. Unfortunately, as

The virtue of the vaccine. And signaling that Zachary Levi is dead to us.

That’s fair. Not so much gotcha, but promoting the gotcha. More people come to this site because an actor might possibly question the vaccine? It just seems like there’s more cancel culture and less pop culture here. And the transgressions can be minor, it doesn't matter. And then idiots like me decide to complain and

Is the AV Club more popular now that it's a "gotcha" website? Is virtue signaling a form of entertainment?

It looks like they’ve repurposed the awesome clouds from that storks short that ran before...I dunno, maybe Brave? Anyway, the clouds were great and these clouds are same. Pixar extended universe y’all. That said, this seems like it maybe might not be good. Also, The Good Dinosaur was fine and somewhat charming with

You probably love the Office... Gervais is funny and despite your feelings on the offensive trans jokes, he has created some brilliant television. The man is funny. He also has some borderline questionable views.

Hard to perform with your voice Weeknd

I come here for the headlines, which generally inform me of some relevant (to me) pop culture and then I read the article and think, “why must I keep coming back to this place that I hate?”. AV Club used to love a lot of things I love(d) and make fun of stuff I often didn’t like. Now they seem to snark on just about e

I often reprimand myself for coming here at all anymore. I used to come here for new pop culture news that I can’t find anywhere else (and also tv/film reviews) but now the pop culture news posted here seems designed to make me actively hate this site and hate myself for coming here. Maybe if the AV club could cancel
