It’s going okay. Despite my GF’s brother testing positive for COVID and potentially exposing both of their parents, everyone seems to be doing okay. They’re not out of the woods yet, though.

Yeah, I would think most would pick either nioh or sekiro to go with that sort of soulsy experience. I haven’t played sekiro and hadn’t taken on any soulsy stuff in a while, and I do like how action oriented and fast it is. I’ve been very distracted by fall guys though so I’m going through it very slowly.
Im luckily not on any maintenance meds, but I’ve always had an epi pen around thanks to severe peanut allergies. If you’ve never had the mix of lots of benadryl as well as synthetic adrenaline coursing through your system, I really don’t recommend it. Can’t keep my eyes open from drowsiness but also can’t stop…
I’m definitely grabbing ghost of tsushima someday from all these posts of how pretty it is. I’m playing nioh here and there, and I enjoy the samurai aesthetic, but it also has all the soulsy grime to it.
Back in high school and college I prided myself on not needing medication, but these days I’ve just accepted that I need some chemical assistance. I think that’s probably the shift in thinking that some people need; it’s not a weakness to admit that you need some assistance to feel your best. Between the caffeine, anxi…
Currently I don’t take any meds. I just take a multivitamin, and that’s a gummy because why not? But I was on a few different meds for anxiety, depression, and bipolar. I stopped taking them about a year and a half ago because of a mix of dumb little doctor-related things and the fact that I’m lazy as hell.
Now I’m…
It’s better than Monday so far. I had ordered an amp mod for my gameboy, and it came yesterday. I was trying to install it last night, but I think I need thinner wires. This little chip is small. It’s only about the size of my fingernail on my pinky finger, so this is going to be a challenge to solder. I’m thinking of…
I find myself struggling to keep up with Transformers releases these days. Hasbro is just flooding the market between War for Cybertron and Cyberverse, nevermind third-party releases. I mean, just bought two new Prowl figures within the past year, and we’re getting another Amazon exclusive Prowl in WFC. Add on top of…
Hey, you know, I do like fun! I had some fun this weekend having a Cuban sandwich picnic in a park with my wife. Weather was great and we’re starting to get that magical sunset light in the evenings. Looking forward to more of that.
I started playing Ghost of Tsushima. ‘What if samurai, but in snow globe?’ Beautiful game, but my system is screaming to keep up with the waving of every individual blade of grass, firefly, cherry blossom, etc.
I wish I could put a few things on my desk from my office, but the cat already doesn’t deal well the with computer monitors so I feel like that situation won’t end well. Feeling tired, feeling like I don’t want to go back to work. I’m glad for the days off from the weekend, and I hope my vacation gets approved for…
That’s the easiest resolution, just google first to see if there’s history of them taking chargebacks into arbitration, you don’t want to waste your time and eat those costs.
Well, incidentally I recently picked up the “least realistic golf game ever” this week, so I will probably try to give What the Golf? a try.
I don’t pay for a monthly membership at my current gym. It’s a boxing gym, so I’m paying for classes and I can use the gym too. But last time I had one, I had to go in three times to get them to cancel my membership. They blamed it on a summer intern or something. Fine, once. But why am I back here again? And again.
The…
As it turns out, there’s no real way to know. Last weekend I ended up playing zero Overwatch or Skyrim, even though those were the plan. But I did randomly end up playing quite a lot of Titanfall 2's multiplayer. That seems like a solid plan for this weekend, too.
Still chipping away at Skyrim slowly, though. Kind of…
Definitely want to put some more time into Nioh, since every time I play I really enjoy it. Getting juuuuust one more win in Fall Guys keeps getting in the way, though. I had a ridiculous win last night in Hex A Gone in a field of 20(!) players, which was absolute madness. That’s now the top of my personal favorite…
Not really sure what I’m going to spend time with. Animal Crossing has another bug event, there is a Splatfest in Splatoon 2, I just grabbed The Messenger, been playing Paper Mario and the Origami King, plus there is that arcade version of Quake that was just reported on.
I had the weirdest 30 minutes of Fall Guys last night.
In my section of Pennsylvania, its actually been cooler with nights in the 60s and days in the 80s. I’m glad that the scorching heat of July has passed, but this brought me to thinking about what we are going to do for heating this winter. We have baseboard heating, but that sucks and I hate it. After talking with my…
The cooler weather can’t get here fast enough for me. I’ve wanted to literally hide under a blanket for months, but it’s been too hot. Plus I’m at the stage of summer heat brain that I feel like I can’t think for long enough periods. I’m not done grilling out yet, but that and picnics are about the last summer…
