I am making an earnest attempt to be less cynical, but this just made me “oof”. 

I suspect that the main issue is that Trump dislikes bald men.
He’s said in numerous interviews that he views it as a sign of “weakness” (yeah...don’t ask how that works).
So while it might bother Stephen, it probably hurts his boss more. And when Trump hurts Stephen hurts.
