Yes, they were one of the highlights of this year's Ottawa Bluesfest.  They played with members of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra backing them up and sounded great, the crowd was really into it, and the whole performance was a joy.

Yes, "Arena" rules.  I'm glad to see that it made the "other ten" list.  Really, you can't go wrong with any episode featuring Kirk giving someone the double axe handle wrestling move.

I felt that the first season started slowly but ended on a high note.  The later seasons built from there.  It was never going to be the greatest show on television but if you enjoyed watching the characters interact with each other, it was a pleasant half-hour.

I'm surprised that the intermissions are an obstacle.  Typically, the one-hour of game time plays out in less total time than the other major sports and you get two breaks to go to the bathroom, grab snacks, check other scores, or whatever else you like.  I guess that it's a matter of whether you're conditioned to

I always got a laugh out of "I Love America" but I'm with you, otherwise, particularly the praise for "Pass the Gun Around."  Great album.

A follow-up would have been excellent.  I could use a primer on the later years and seeing how great the coverage was here (love the song selections!), I would have loved to keep reading.
