I don’t read his comments as blaming the drivers. I read it as acknowledging that the drivers are uncomfortable with the knife’s edge handling of the current cars.

When you said foam, that pretty well confirmed the chemistry (it’s actually from ArmaKleen, a partnership with Arm & Hammer). I’d still wear gloves, if for no reason other than the cleaner dries your skin out (it’s designed to remove oils after all!).
I’m not sure if they released her age, but I’m pretty convinced it’s not dementia/Alzheimer’s. If it had been the first part of the video, I’d likely agree. However, the jumping out of the cart isn’t motion you see in dementia patients (sadly, I know this first hand). It’s far too fluid.
