I am a dog person, but I believe I have the cat that you are speaking of. his legs are about three inches long, but he weighs 14 lbs (and he's not fat! he's just huge!) He also has the biggest, fattest head. He gets Yoda ears when you scratch the place between them. He's really clumsy because of said stumpy legs.
