+1 for Melatonin. I take 3 mg (and yes, the dissolve under the tongue kind seems to work better). It helps to get me over the threshold when I’m having trouble switching off (most days), I have mostly colorful, goofy dreams, and wake up feeling refreshed and alert. I do have to mind the window of drowsiness that comes…
