Ugh. You're kind of the worst, and you know it.

We look forward to your infomercial.

I think people like this commenter assume that there are many many instances of $87 choices, and that this is just representative of a larger problem. So, let's say the person overspent by $50 on the haircut. This commenter would say that she probably did the same thing ten or more times that month, wasting $500,

The color is what's usually most expensive. Perhaps it was to cover up gray so her employer won't perceive her as too old to work? Just speculating.

I was certainly surprised. I knew they had to be in good shape, but I had always thought they'd look frail.

It's a tricky hair color for sure. We're special snowflakes.

Yeah, I've found that yellow is bad. I tend to go with greens and blues, maybe purple.

Eeew, what is that green thing? An alien tentacle?

What Would Jesus Dance?

I wouldn't have any idea who she is but for the fact that she was killed and Oscar Pistorius is on trial for her murder.

Well, if I had to choose between cuddly bunnies and horrible little screaming babies...

What did Roseanne do?

Yeah the "All-Temps" folks don't count as regular employees so they can be denied benefits and stuff. I use "J.D." instead of "Esq." exactly for the reason you mentioned. :)

There's a certain 18th century French aristocrat look to her red carpet appearances. A reenactor friend once told me the goal is, "Keep the puppies up, but never let their noses show!"

Oh Pitt police and Pitt HR are the most useless things in the world. Been there done that.

So the bad news is that I make most of them, because my body is very similar to Christina's and off-the-rack clothing is not generally cut for an hourglass figure like that. I've also thrifted some dresses that fit in the bust and then used a dress form to take in the sides at the waist. As far as ready-to-wear,

I'm typically told "jewel tones."

I believe her argument is that she just gained weight.

I wear dresses like that all the livelong day. A slightly less exaggerated look is certainly doable without 1960s underpinnings.

Speaking as someone built similarly, you are correct. It's 1945-1970 and that's it, unless you're doing cosplay. Jeans and a t-shirt looks are not our friends.
