What is often overlooked or not known about Lipton was that he was a pimp in post-WW II France. The dude led a helluva life.

Quick question.  How much do you think I can bench press?

I got a Basset Hound for myself for my birthday last December and it felt weird registering him with a “proper” name, because he’s as unpretentious as they come. I named him “Fred” after Mr. Rogers because my goal is to make him a therapy dog one day, so his registered name is “Harmon’s Providence (My last name and a

Over the holidays I attempted to make a from-scratch pie on three separate occasions. On all occasions, the custard refused to stand up, and I was left with a runny, liquidy filling. I tried various cooking times for the custard, at one point stirring it until it became incredibly difficult to stir, and seemed as if

The greatest picture ever taken of me was taken at a Rainforest Cafe in Houston in 2010.

I don’t have any particularly good tales of buffet gluttony, but as a guy who stands 6'4" and weighs in the high 300's, I get a looooot of incredulous looks from other patrons when I go into a buffet place. It started a few years ago, and I notice it all the time now.

I’m super happy for Barrowman, and Jack’s reveal last night was fantastic.

I saw Ted DiBiase preach at a church here in Louisiana, bought a book from him, then got a video of him putting me in the Million Dollar Dream.  It was awesome.

I’m not familiar with boar’s head ham. Does it come in slices that we bake in the oven? There’s no mention of thickness of the cut of ham.

Thanks a bunch for this recipe, once I understand the above bit, I look forward to trying it.

Pretty sure the waffles will come into play next episode, when Angela eats them and becomes the new Doctor Manhattan, but like you, I was ready to see those golden fluffy boyz in this episode.

Shout out to the strawberry granny candies.  Most underrated candies in existence.

I’m a big fan of Don’s boudin and cracklins.

I’m curious to hear what types of food he cooked.  That’s a really interesting story.

Mais, you didn’t get no red gumbo in Rayne, you? Ya mamma raised you right ‘den, cher.

How long ago did you live in Rayne?  I live in Robert’s Cove and drive through Rayne just about every day.

The irony is that Gambit is from the swamps around New Orleans, so he’s probably Creole and not Cajun, LOL.

Amen, Poltergeist. Amen.

That being said, if you wanna put tomatoes in your gumbo, go right ahead.  I’m not the cop of food.

I make a chicken and sausage gumbo with a super dark roux because I like the flavor and I don’t use okra because I find it slimy.

I’m super bummed about the release date being so far out. I really enjoyed Diablo III and have been looking forward to this one for a while, and I’d rather a game take a while and be finished than have it be rushed and full of bugs, so I’ll just have to deal with it I suppose.

That opening cinematic may be the best

I liked D3 a lot as well, but I also never played II, so I didn’t have anything to compare it with.
