Aww I love that story! Funnily enough Matthew is a name he likes for a boy :)

My son is turning 17 tomorrow. He’s a 6 ft 3 now...and still growing. And I adore this picture of him.

Great pics! Thanks for sharing!

1L law school finals coming up. Any legal Jezzies out there with advice (beyond, you know, keep calm and plugging away at it?)

I once. ONCE. went to an invite only Black Friday event because I was still vested in establishing a relationship with my MIL at that point. It was so overwhelming, I hid under a table of sweaters for two hours. First and only Black Friday.

Evening Jezzies, how are you all tonight? I’m coughing that much I’m convinced a lung is going to come flying out of my mouth.

Hi everyone! I am back from my cruise and in the freezing cold of Boston once again.

Fred says hello. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I don’t have children but when I see my beloved pup dancing around with pleasure in anticipation of a walk or dinner or when I come home it nearly kills me. I successfully gave birth to a baby! And only broke my vagina a little bit! But hey I didn’t get hemorrhoids so I am calling it a win. Now I just

Your username is a lie! 😉

Pie is the best breakfast.

I had pie. :)

this morning i had.... omelette a la farscythe :p

Probably end up being the one telling the semi-retireds to keep it down...

Spare a thought for my husband, who last night had the first of what will probably be many 14-hr workdays through the holidays because of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, et al.

Don’t mind saying mine sucked. I’ve never liked Thanksgiving anyway (I don’t know why) but eating a meal with my terminally ill dad and my cancer patient mother at their retirement community was dismal and neither of my kids were able to come home. Next week we fly back to Texas for my mom’s (hopefully) final chemo

Four of my cousins had babies last year, so our Thanksgiving (my aunt and uncle host) was the good kind of chaotic, with a lot of kids running around and parents hot on their heels, and three of four new babies in attendance.
