At least like a dozen people. :)
Fun note from the drive event! Subaru increased the roof strength of the Forester and now offers a roof tent package, since so many of its customers were doing it when the car wasn’t exactly rated for it.
The current generation Pilot looks dull AF. Prefer the box to the melted candy bar.
I have 2 Subarus so I feel I can weigh in some on this topic, Subaru with a naturally aspirated engine and a CVT tranmission and a more powerful Subaru. I have a 2014 XV Crosstrek 2.0i Premium CVT and a 2005 Subaru Outback 3.0R LL Bean 5EAT.
When you don’t have any money to go out and do fun stuff, you stay inside and do fun stuff.
I think we owe close to $10,000 on the car
As expected from Subaru. They’re going to sell a ton of these.
Sometimes they skip the dollie initially so they can get away before the owner comes along does even more damage (watch the video). Then stop a mile or so away to hook it up properly.
Extension cords in a flood sounds like a really bad idea. Plus it can’t generate power if it’s underwater.
I second that. Going on 15 months with a coupe and the kid is just getting heavier and harder to get in and out.
To the Challenger guy: go for it. Everyone deserves to drive a car that makes them grin from ear-to-ear.
Do you think I’d be able to get a 10 year loan for that?
Here’s mine. 2014 Ram 1500, purchased December 2017 from a Chrysler dealership. After 1 week I had a check engine light come on, took it to a dealer closer to my house, they scan the VIN and say “this vehicle is from Canada (which I knew) and therefore it has NO warranty”. I call the original dealer, send him pictures…
Thanks, Tom. Yours is among the best content on Jalopnik.
There’s an absurd amount of head room in the Ford Transit Connect. And it can be had in XLT trim.
