I would for sure.
I would for sure.
Two cars off the top of my head that KBB constantly undervalues:
I agree. I would say if it is rare or any car that is in unusually good condition but not necessarily valuable it would be great. If someone had a 10k mile beige base model Honda Accord from 1990 then get it on there.
His films are so underrated. I think I recall that they went in the grittier action movie direction as they saw the success of movies like Die Hard and wanted to make Bond more ‘believable’. Amazing car scenes as well in those movies.
This is just not cafe-racerish enough. Maybe people will turn them into racers but why can’t you buy a Guzzi V7 or BMW R nine T type bike straight out of the gate? Launch a scrambler version as well. Think of all the tonnes of interchangeable mods you could sell. Lastly, I just think they need a new designer.
It actually looks rather too restrained and not unique enough. Maybe if he was able to retain the light clusters on the current car (that go vertical at each side and blend into the spoiler) that would be it for me.
I love how Indian has to worry about being ‘too cool’. I bet HD wish they had that problem.
I would say exactly the same thing about Calgary. I lived all my life in the UK and moved to YYC about 15 years ago. The, ‘see an indicator to change lanes so I need to accelerate and tail gate them when they move’ thing is so annoying.
You post something about Harley and everyone has an opinion so for as much as it’s worth here’s mine:
Is it the same though? It’s more of an enjoyment thing than anyone else. People still use sailboats and ride horses but nobody’s saying they should not be used or consigned to history as a way of getting around.
I had a manual 200 Quattro Turbo Avant for a year or so in the late nineties. I loved it, but I will say it wasn’t a great drivers car despite all the capabilities. Soft suspension and I am not sure I have ever felt so removed from the driving experience. Numb steering and a less than satisfying shift left it…
And the tail lights from an Aston Martin DB7 were from a Maxda 323. The door handles inside and out were from the MX-5.
100% agree, no contest. Golf best overall but Ritmo for the looks.
They are owned by Tata. Why not create a stupidly basic 4wd in the spirit of the original to take on that market, maybe sell a few to some armies in military spec. With the rather lax regulations in Asia, LR could then try to upgrade that design to make it work in Western markets and make ultra-luxury versions that…
100% disagree with this assessment. They have tried to make a feature out of the taillights that, let’s face it, never were.
10 F1 hacks you need to know to get ahead. You won’t believe number four!
I love the guy but for me I think he is very overrated. The DB7 was amazing but he has had more misses than hits at JLR.
Thanks for the info, super helpful.
Did this M3 have the dodgy VANOS issue?
I seem to remember in the early days both Toyota and Mercedes put a good chunk of change into Tesla in the beginning.
