Rome is the correct answer. My wife and I rewatch Rome every few years. It’s one of the best shows every made. The entire HBO executive staff have publicly stated it was a terrible mistake that they cancelled it. And a big part of why they took a chance on Game of Thrones was because of Rome.

Expanse: I think they are working on / convinced they can do a few movies.  Loved the books.  I thought the show was great.

Stargate Universe was really good, but I wish it had been willing to be a little less episodic.

Absolutely love Max Headroom, but in the latter episodes it really seemed like they had run out of ideas. They needed to invigorate the writing staff.

I almost gave up after book four, but I thought they became much better writers from book five on.  I enjoyed the books just the quality of the writing beside what I also thought was a very strong story.

Redfall is all in the implementation.  It has the bones to be fun or boring.  The gameplay “toolbox” seems fine, the real question is how fun is the metagame: moving around the map, connecting up with friends, can I play mostly singleplayer but occasionally bring my friends in?

I would not trust a single number coming out of Tesla right now. If you understand just how bad the financial situation is personally for Elon at Twitter you’d understand how desperately he needs to pump up the Tesla stock in the next few weeks. Billions in loan payments, severance and lawsuits from building…

I think I “beat” hades on my 31st playthru. So ~15-20 hours. That’s around the perfect time for me.

Absolutely hated Scooby Doo as a kid and now I just can’t look at it with a straight face after the Venture Brothers. They simply eviscerated it.  I loved it!

We’re all adults here. I’ve looked at plenty of porn, she’s just not my type. I don’t know about the movie, but that is the best trailer I have seen in years.
