It’s also troubling given that fact that this is Sarek making the decision, who should not make a mistake in “the heat of the moment”

I actually wonder if the “planet killer” will be Statmets spore torpedoes.
Look, it’s unfortunate, but the Eagles won the only way they could, one obviously wrong call (every commentator in both the US and the UK thought the Clement TD was not good) and one questionable call (as stated in the article, Pittsburgh had literally the exact some thing called against them just a few weeks before).…
I like to judge continuity from the time Denis Okuda took over as the “continuity master” He took that job seriously and he is an under-appreciated part of the show.
It’s interesting watching Nemesis. I didn’t realize what a conclusion to the series it is. There are a lot of small touches that really wrap most things up. They must have known that there would be no more TNG movies while writing it.
Look, the guys gotta eat. LEAVE HIM ALONE!
Writing is hard. Writing comedy is nearly impossible. But Ghostbusters was completely a by the numbers movie that I didn’t laugh at once. It was pure drivel, took absolutely no chances and felt like it was written by the SNL crew during their coffee breaks. And people praised it to the moon! Bridesmaids was an much…
I like to think of it more as the Ghostbusters effect. Wonder Woman was pretty good. Ghostbusters was just hot garbage.
I’m sure they use the closed captioning database somehow
The two infinity war movies are the only two I’ll watch in the theater. I’ll watch the rest when they come out on netflix.
Have you actually seen it? Please explain how.
Prove it. Argue her points, not this reactive “I don’t like her tone” which adds nothing to the conversation.
Technically the show is fantastic. Acting is strong. Dialog is well written and flows. I’m okay with updating the look of things (that’s not really what Star Trek is about to me) - with the exception that the Klingon full face prosthetics were a huge mistake from an ability to act standpoint.
When We First Met Again: The Scorch Trials
If you honestly feel that way, I’d send a private email to Rob and vote with your feet. I’m sure there are some sites that review every episode a 10.
What you’re not showing in each of these cases is the other thousand words that back up her claims.
I’m pretty sure they say that it’s an accident in that episode (“Tomorrow is yesterday”)
I thought, and this is dredging up some very old TOS knowledge so please verify, but in a very rare bit of continuity he mentioned the time travel maneuver was learned from when they accidentally did it in “Tomorrow is Yesterday” They also seem pretty shocked when they go back in time in The Naked Time.
Fandom is weird, but things are getting to the point where you almost wonder if CBS has paid a few thousand bucks to some comment PR farm.
I think once they asked him to use his sense for something going on outside the ship...
