Man, I hate it when Jalopnik forces me to read things I don’t like.

Sure, and that’s why they targeted media vehicles specifically.
How does cop butt taste like?
They are radicalizing an entire generation. Their shortsightedness really is astounding.
The optics on this shit are... not great.
Hopefully Minneapolis will be paying to have these tires replaced and identifying and firing these officers.
Any police here want to push the limitations of the Blue Wall of Silence on this matter?
Ill gladly meet you at MCAB. Many or most, take your pick.
A friend of mine on the force in San Francisco has come out publicly against the Buffalo PD’s riot squad’s behavior. Aside from that, not a peep from anyone.
This is always the argument they use to justify shooting every dog they see.
If police can destroy private property because it could be used as a weapon, then they can destroy pretty much anything they want. Th argument is absurd on its face. Hopefully Minneapolis will be paying to have these tires replaced and identifying and firing these officers.
The FBI was so eager in asking for footage of protesters that might have broken the law but I wonder what they are doing with all the footage of police brutality endangering people’s lives.
Yay, Florissant made the news!
Their use of a 100kwh battery pack and 125k mile range is extremely misleading and suspicious. It just so happens to be just enough to show hydrogen to be superior. But most EVs have smaller battery packs and existing EVs have demonstrated lifespans well beyond that.
Yeah, 1 billion luxury long range EVs are going to be made without any recycling taking place. Even though batteries are nearly already completely recycled. For the last decade.
The U.S. auto industry used fuel cells as an excuse to delay stricter fuel economy laws. It was a delay tactic and a scheme to give politicians cover; “don’t regulate us now, we’re working on a solution”. It was 10 years away for 40 years. Government support was just complicit politicians participating in the ruse.
Once hydrogen can be produced cheap and efficently, battery EV will be a thing of the past.
An underappreciated difficulty with Hydrogen is that it’s difficult to store. H2 molecules are tiny, it’s hard to design a highly pressurized container for them that won’t leak.
They said the same thing 10 years ago (when US finally decided to drop most of its funding on hydrogen cars).
