Scion. If I remember right, they were trying to start the whole “configure it online, print it out, and we’ll make it” thing in the early 2000s. The whole marketing campaign was “do it how you want, we’ll show you the real price, no negotiation, no dealers, just your car your way.”
Crossover with Fleabag please!
My experience (with another car company, not BMW) was different. I tried to configure a base model with zero options, but, no dealer would process the order for me.
My meaning was “It’s not that NASA didn’t measure the women and send up the right suits, it’s that the situation changed up there and the suits they do have do not fit anymore.” In other words, NASA shouldn’t be blamed for the suit situation. HTH
Especially because one of the women had trained in the Large size, agreed to use it in space, and then once up there decided that she’d rather be in the Medium. Which they obviously hadn’t packed for. If she felt OK staying in the Large they prepared for, the spacewalk would still be on.
No, you’re assuming he paid a bail bondsman 10K to front the full 100K. The 100K is to insure his appearance, if he doesn’t show up, the bondsman is out 100K and then hunts him down to recover. I drove a 1990 probe until 2006. Loved that car.

As the backup in Los Angeles he'll have plenty of free time to make guest appearances on the show. Love it.
Thanks, this is actually useful info
So why did the DGA allow this?
It’s not uncommon for someone to get their face on their poster, but, not their name. All part of the contract details.
Your name being included on the poster is usually part of the compensation and contract negotiated between the studio and the actor’s agent.
Exactly. Even the government prosecutor said so in announcing the celebrity arrests: giving a million dollars to a college to buy a new wing of the library so your kid gets in: legal. Bribing people to fake grades and transcripts: fraud.
Not my story, but a friend’s:
Same here. As a kid, I’d beat every other NES game I had, except Super Mario Brothers, and solely because of 8-3. The damn game that came with the system, I couldn’t beat it.
The story of residents being priced out of their neighborhoods or otherwise displaced because of the development some new stadium or office complex—which are often built with taxpayer subsidies—is not a new one. It’s happened in many cities around the country, including Los Angeles, where families were displaced by…
