First time you do it, try six minutes, check, then a minute more, etc, until it's nice and soft. Perfect is just a short microwave…
Baked potatoes? Olive oil skin stab with a fork a few times, salt and pepper the skin wrap in a damp paper towel and cook for 4 to 8 minutes. Sure beats baking for 40 minutes.
