I grew up in St. Paul. Johnson’s in one of the poorest parts of the city. I think the news cycle makes the blight seem worse than it is in big cities, but there’s definitely some rough stuff happening in that part of town.

Saint Paul (former) kid here. Nobody’s getting discriminated against here; it’s just a mostly Asian subculture.
