That’s kinda my point. That it seems pointless to make a suspense/horror show version of a video game that was itself just a video game version of a suspense/horror show.

Why do monsters in sci-fi films always make a “clicking” noise? You’d think they’d be more successful hunters if they didn’t constantly give their position away.

Honestly, I had never considered the possibility that I could just not watch it. Seriously, I’m not even being sarcastic or doing bit, I had literally just never thought of that. Thank you, anonymous commentator, you’ve saved me much time I can better spend rediscovering the lost art of scrimshaw. 

I dunno, I can’t say I’m all that excited about watching a live action adaptation of an interactive version of an already live action genre.

Maybe it’s just because I’ve played way too many video games in my life (which I get is a “me” problem and not really the movie’s fault) but I didn’t find any of the environments in Avatar to be all that spectacular looking.

Well, we saw him in rehab once. Presumably that would have involved some form of therapy.

With so many Kirby games coming out this year, Nintendo needs to increase food production.  

That means the frame rate on their animation is slightly off, their eyes don’t really track what they’re looking at, and their lips only occasionally match what they are saying.

No, it’s not. In neither the original story nor the original Disney animated movie was Pinocchio ever said to have been created to resemble or replace anyone’s dead kid.

Is it just me or does it seem like interest in this franchise fell off a cliff? Like, this game was huge for a hot minute, and now, nothing.
