I’m not “making an argument.” I’m stating an opinion.

Amusingly enough, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker actually began life as a Zelda game.

It’s a Sony IP but they put them in the Windows desktop.

Not every single franchise needs to go for the four quadrant demographic, for fuck’s sake....

The smallest man made flying object ever made by man.

Everyone loves to hate on Illumination, and I can kinda see why. I can totally understand people being bored or annoyed with the over saturation of Minions merchandise. But, in terms of their actual movies, coming from someone who has actually seen all of their movies, I don’t think they make “bad” movies. They make

Then you don’t remember it very well….

The fact that neither Yoshi or Wario were in the cast list despite being prominent and popular Mario characters, while much more obscure characters like Cranky Kong and Foreman Spike are, leads me to believe that, as strange as it seems, they are actually doing an “origin story” for the movie.

He does that on purpose to annoy people.

The fact that Wario and/or Waluigi was not on the cast list was the second biggest disappointment of that reveal.

If the Sonic fandom can make enough of a stink online to get them to change the CGI ouch mouse in that movie to look slightly more like the one in the games, I bet Mario fans could create enough uproar to get them to recast the homophobic asshole for the Mario movie. Common Mario fans, don’t let me down….

Oh my god, I could not stop laughing at this part! These casting choices are simultaneously awful and brilliant! I still have no idea whether this movie is going to be great, passible, or a massive train wreck, but it sure is going to be fun to find out!

Do you want video game fancies about haunted Chuck E. Cheese robots? Because that’s how you get video game franchises about haunted Chuck E. Cheese robots!

You’d think a ghost, of all things, would be capable of surviving the vacuum of space without a suit.

Link in BOTW is not the Hero of Time. He’s the Hero of the Wilds. And weapons breaking in the middle of a fight is wild. So it’s entirely appropriate.

20?

So, my hot take on the show? I don’t think it’s as bad as people say it is. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be, and it still has a lot of problems and problematic elements, but the vitriol some people have for it is, I think, a bit overblown. I actually think the last few seasons have seen

Heh, yeah. That’s Bob’s Burgers alright!
