Life of Duncans, more likely. It has potential: waking up in a tank that may or may not be a giant salamander, creepy dwarves singing at you, sex with Paul’s underage sister, getting crushed by a giant worm, getting crushed by a giant worm, getting crushed by a giant worm, getting crushed by a giant worm, getting

It almost doesn’t matter if it’s a good truck. They could put a bed on a Model 3 and raise it a bit and it’ll sell. I feel like the popularity of trucks in the US is like 95% cultural and 5% people actually needing it to do truck things.

In 2022/2024? And they thought posting/doing racist stereotyping as the worst of the 1970s was okay to post and repost?

I would bet money that Tesla will eventually introduce a more traditionally built electric truck for the masses and either discontinue the Cybertruck or keep it at very low production numbers so that it can stay an exotic style statement.

Lazenby was the Action Man Bond, built by Mattel.

I would rather rewatch the Tara Reid-Stephen Dorff Alone in the Dark than  play this

one shot one movie intentionally left him off the list.

Of the 2 leads in Kick-Ass, he would make the second best Bond.

Would the “personal reasons” be the scene of him stepping out of the ocean in tiny swim trunks?

Check out bullet train. He’s fantastic in it.

I was speed reading the headlines today and thought, Anya Taylor-Joy would have been a fun casting for 007 (because the name is close).

Oh man, that’s a real groaner haha

Yeah, Bullet Train was the first time that this guy made any kind of impression on me.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson seems like a fine choice. As for Elba, I’ve always felt the main issue holding him back was his age. That said, my ideal scenario for the next Bond movie is basically the plot of Men in Black or Kingsman, with Elba playing 001 who is ready for retirement and his last job is to train the new 007.

Gonna be really hard for me to let go of ol’ Danny C for personal reasons, but this dude will do a fine job.

I wasn’t a huge fan of this choice when it was first rumored a year or so ago but after seeing Bullet Train, I can totally buy it.

They move quickly because they EXPECT to fail and quickly learn from that failure and try again. And again. Until they make it work. That is the SpaceX secret sauce, full stop.

They are taking baby steps, and failing at every corner. Imagine the gigantic steps necessary to get to the moon in only two years. This albatross won’t get them there in 20 years at this pace. Visualize all of the safety measures NASA took in the 60s to get people there, and it was still extremely dangerous. Starship
