I used to work at a (shared) office park that had a daycare facility on premises. However, it was independently owned and while I assume the kids there were children of office park employees, I have no idea if they had any deals with employers in the park. (I never asked my company as I don’t have children).

I wouldn’t make something like that mandatory. An IUD could possibly kill me as I can’t take hormonal birth control due to blood clots and I can’t do the copper one either. (I can’t wear earrings without a severe infection, no way I want metal down there).
